Natasha O'Brien has 11 years experience working in physiotherapy and training. Natasha has a special interest in core stability training and back pain. Natasha has worked with national level athletes and teams, written articles for cycling magazines and coaching manuals and lectured on core stability & gymball exercise. During her career as an elite cyclist, Natasha worked closely with other cyclists and coaches to improve rider strength through gymball training.


Amy Piggott has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science as well as Physiotherapy. She has experience working as an Exercise Physiologist, as well as working for several years as Gym instructor. Amy is currently working in private practice and has a keen interest in strength and conditioning programs as well as core stability training.


Miriam Hoadley is a physiotherapist and qualified fitness and pilates instructor. Miriam has taught a wide range of fitness classes and pilates classes. She has experience at the Royal Hospital for Women where she taught pregnancy and post-natal exercise classes


Jenny Opperman is a physiotherapist with a special interest in exercise prescription and Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Along with running Core Gymball classes Jenny offers private consults for Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
